Pier Point Pacific

CVS Riverside

This 14,750 square foot prototype CVS store with a pharmacy drive-thru, is located within the Missions Village Plaza.  This development is a 26 acre “Power Center” in the City of Riverside.  It has 300 feet of frontage along Allessandro Boulevard.

Rancho Cucamonga Plaza

This property is located on the south side of Foothill Boulevard, consisting of two buildings, with a street frontage of 210 feet.  Building 1 consists of a 2,580 square foot Chipotle Mexican Restaurant.  Building 2 consists of a 2,500 square foot T-Mobile retail store and a 1,500 square foot Starbucks with a drive-thru.

Norco - 2nd and River
